Referencing of Council communications

Just as with Police contact, I recommend that you report to the Council in a manner, which provides a reference number.

Report via the Tower Hamlets Council online reporting services always results in receiving an email acknowledgement and reference number.

Using the Fit it Fix it App, produces a history of reports on the phone app itself. If you choose to report with your details and not anonymous, you’ll also get an emailed report about each contact.

Using the Find it Fix it app whilst on the move.

This will only work when you have mobile data on your device. If you do not have mobile data, you can use the app once you are in a WiFi area and then open the app and insert pictures you have taken earlier and set the geographical location to where the incident is reported.
