Weather forecasts predict a lot of rain during the summer and that may cause flooding in areas of Tower Hamlets. We previously had areas on Fish Island flooded and people had to be evacuated. See link to articles about this.

There is an increased risk of crime in flooded areas, as thieves may try to steal abandoned properties or enter unsecured properties to steal valuables, which have been left unsecured.
