County Lines

A county lines gang with significant Tower Hamlets based membership has been jailed for a total of more than 33 1/2 years at Inner London Crown Court, reports City of London Police.

  1. Goulger Ahmed,
    • 42, of Wick Lane, E3, delivered crack and heroin to customers and occasionally operated the ‘Reeko’ and ‘Green Eyes’ lines. He was convicted of drug supply offences and has been handed a two years and 11 months prison sentence.
  2. Nazimul Islam,
    • 43, Woodall Close, E14, was found guilty of drug supply. He was sentenced to four years in prison. Islam assisted and took part in street dealing for the OCG.
  3. Naseem Ahmed,
    • 22, Forbes Street, E1, was found guilty of drug supply. He was given a five-year and one month prison sentence. He worked under Bakye as the controller of the ‘Reeko’ class A drugs line and  mobilised others in the commission of drug supply offences.
  4. Molan Miah,
    • 44, of Ellen Street, E1, was found guilty of drug supply. Miah, set up the ‘Green Eyes’ drug line and admitted to playing an administrative role in the enterprise through setting up the ‘Green Eyes’ line mobile number for which he is the registered subscriber and controller. He was given a two-year suspended sentence. 
  5. Imran Ahmed,
    • 23, Seyssel Street, E14, was found guilty of drug supply offences. He was involved in directing and supervising some of the other defendants in the class A drug supply enterprise. He pleaded guilty to three counts of firearm offences including possession of a sawn-off shotgun, possession of ammunition and possession of a silencer for an additional firearm. Ahmed was sentenced at Inner London Crown Court on 29 August 2025 to seven and a half years in prison.

  2. Theft
  3. Drug offences

are on top of the list of Tower Hamlets Crimes.

The drug trade most likely drives most of this.

Every report you can make, informing police of drug dealing activities will help to bring the gangs to justice.
