Tower Hamlets Council has a huge family support system and you should use it if you need it. That might help prevent your child from entering the criminal gangs who can destroy their lives.
See a leaflet about Early Help and Children and Family Services.
There is now a Family Hubs website, providing a wealth of information and services.
