Depending on what you are recording, and what reporting journey you are taking, once the dairy pages are complete please use it to report your case to police, Councillor or Council or landlord.

- location
- personal details
- car number plate
- other transport details
- personal details
- type of clothing
- anything else important
- what they said
- smells etc.
This will help the investigation.
