Tower Hamlets Crime Watch
supporting crime prevention, solving and community safety
The meerkats (Ai generated) have become a trusted symbol of a big social media network that promotes Police communications and community safety.

Used on Telegram and social media and website are the following:

Today’s Police campaign is plain white wording on a black background.
But earlier the look up look out was a group of Meerkats
Neighbourhood organisations in Tower Hamlets
I am responsible for creating 3 community safety organisations.

the first Tower Hamlets Neighbourhood Watch Association then used the website http://www.towerhamletswatch.org.uk this dissolved around 2015 but was last run by Andy Agar. Then organised with the Police and Community Safety Board chaired by David Edgar.

The second Tower Hamlets Neighbourhood Watch Association THNWA still exists as registered charity 1194477
This started at the Glasshouse Parkview and now operates from Samuda estate. https://thnwa.london Note: I am neither a trustee or member of THNWA or Neighbourhood Watch.

Tower Hamlets Crime Watch 1217223 charity now operating from Teviot Estate.
They do not have a website now but are embedded with Teviot Action Group. I have resigned as trustee and member on 21. April 2026.
As you can see I’m highly experienced in the creation of community safety groups.
I also organised two Queen’s Jubilee events

My first community safety group was
Rosebery House (on Parkview Estate) Neighbourhood Watch in 2007, this then developed into Parkview Estate Neighbourhood Watch. (no longer active)
As a note of interest, there are various organisations using the name Tower Hamlets Crime Watch, the more the better. But they are not necessarily connected to each other. I only work with the social media profiles visible on this website.
Disclaimer I do not accept any responsibility for anything above organisations do. I also do not mean to create the impression that I recommend membership in these organisations. I am merely responsible for the content of this website and associated social media profiles.
